Oscar, a loveable fool, takes his dream job as a Lighthouse Keeper on a remote island. He sets about his tasks with gusto, gets a little lonely and a wee bit crazy. A friendly hand reaches out from the past to guide him and helps him save the day when disaster strikes.

“With its clever mix of story, clowning and mime The Lighthouse Keeper appeals to children's humour and love of the ridiculous.”

Principal Teacher, Bridge of Weir Primary School

‘The real joy of this show lies in the physical fun, comic humour, sheer energy and enthusiasm plus circus skills - balancing, juggling, pratfalls - turning all his efforts into ease and laughter. A new force has entered Scottish Theatre!’
